How LeadBrief AI handles data.

This page explains the main categories of information LeadBrief AI may process while collecting waitlist interest, generating discovery briefs, managing workspaces, and preparing future billing or integration features. It is written for clarity and should be reviewed before a full public launch.

Information you provide

LeadBrief AI may collect your name, email address, company, role, waitlist use case, account profile details, workspace name, brand settings, proposal template text, saved prospects, notes, and URLs you choose to analyze.

If you join the waitlist, your submission may be stored in LeadBrief AI systems and, when configured, forwarded to CK Catalyst waitlist infrastructure for notification and follow-up operations.

Information generated by the product

LeadBrief AI stores generated brief outputs, report modes, selected website pages, source references, usage records, export metadata, and processing status so you can retrieve and manage your work.

Briefs may include AI-generated assumptions, recommendations, discovery questions, outreach drafts, and proposal notes. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it externally.

Website and prospect data

LeadBrief AI is intended for public business website research. Do not submit private portals, password-protected pages, confidential client files, secrets, credentials, regulated personal information, or sensitive internal data.

The product may cache website-derived brief results to reduce repeated processing, improve speed, and manage usage. Cached results should still be treated as generated research that requires human review.

AI processing

When AI features are enabled, submitted URLs, selected page text, instructions, templates, and relevant workspace context may be sent to an AI provider to generate a brief.

LeadBrief AI is designed to minimize unnecessary data transfer, but users should avoid entering information they are not permitted to process with third-party AI systems.

Authentication, payments, and vendors

Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth. Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by Stripe. LeadBrief AI does not store full card numbers.

If you reserve Founding Access, payment status, checkout metadata, and the intended $15 in future LeadBrief credits may be used to prioritize onboarding and assign future beta credits.

Operational vendors may process data for hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, waitlist forwarding, AI generation, billing, and product security. Vendor usage is limited to providing and operating the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the service, create and retrieve briefs, manage workspaces, enforce plan limits, respond to support requests, improve product quality, prevent abuse, maintain security, and communicate about access or product updates.

Waitlist information is used to prioritize early access, understand desired workflows, and send relevant launch communications.

Retention and deletion

LeadBrief AI may retain account records, usage logs, generated briefs, exports, waitlist records, and audit information as needed for service delivery, security, legal compliance, and business operations.

Some app records support soft deletion so they are hidden from normal views before permanent cleanup. Backups and logs may persist for a limited period after deletion.

Your choices

You can choose what websites to analyze, what notes to store, whether to join the waitlist, and whether to use optional billing or integration features when they become available.

For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the product operator using the contact email listed for LeadBrief AI or CK Catalyst product support.
